You will probably want a circular polarizer as autofocus cameras don't focus well with linear. Any camera store will sell them, you just need to know the lens filter size.

That being said, the MP-E 65mm is a MANUAL focus lens so a linear polarizer would work and it has a 58mm filter size. Buy a good one like Hoya brand.
References :
Are you sure you want a linear polarizer? Linear polarizers are a bit more effective but usually confuse TTL metering and autofocus systems, like you've got on your 50D. If you want to stick with full auto, use a circular polarizer.

Also, you deed to find the filter diameter of your lens. I'm guessing that 65mm is the focal length of your lens, not the diameter It's usually written right on the very front.

Anyhooz, here's a whole bunch of em.

Choose the options on the right to narrow it down.
References :
Once you find out the filter diameter, you need to go looking for the filter itself. You can go to any good photo store or go online to http://www.bhphotovideo.com/ or any other photo place online. That 65mm might be the focal length, but it might also be the filter diameter.
