		<description>put the X on the other side... x 0.2, and put your lens in front of it.. 18mm x0.2, and your answer is 3.6mm. The adapter will multiply the focal length of the lens you put it on by 0.2.

The 1st post has it backwards, a larger number does not increase the effect, just the opposite.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

Just like a 500mm telephoto lens can be called a 10x lens, making things 10x larger than a standard 50mm lens, a 0.2x lens will give you 0.2x the lens it&#039;s on....on a 50mm lens it is the equivalent to a 10mm lens.
The lens attachment on a short zoom will give you an extreme wide angle to fisheye zoom which makes it much more useful than a fixed fisheye  (look at the customer pictures).&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
